with fireworks at dark:thirty (approx. 9:15) shot from the end of the
Tybee Pier. Can be view from the beach, many south area businesses, and
other locations all around Tybee.
Aug 31 - Labor Day
Beach Bash
Tybee Island Pier. Enjoy the
ocean breezes, while live music fills the air from the Tybee Island Pier
& Pavilion. Come to the 1st Annual Labor Day Beach Bash featuring free

Annual Tybee Island Pirate Fest - South Beach
AHOY MATES! Swashbucklers of all ages will be converging on Tybee Island
to participate in the 4th Annual Tybee Island Pirate Fest! Featuring a
pirate invasion, pirate victory parade, free live entertainment, costume
contest, children events and the Thieves Market filled with treasures,
grog and grub!

October 10-11 - 3rd
Annual Tybee Rod Run
Show for all hot rods, muscle cars, trucks, classic cars and street
rods. Over 150 entries are expected this year. Registration will be on
Friday from 12:00-6:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am-1:00pm. Show hours are
Saturday 8:00am-6pm and Sunday 8:00am-12:00pm.

October 18-19 - The
12th Annual Tybee Festival of the Arts
The festival will be held from 10 am - 6 pm on the Pier and Pavilion.
The event will include painters, jewelers, potters, woodworkers,
photographers, and weavers from throughout the Southeast. The event is
free to the public, includes free parking and live entertainment.

November 8-9 - Tybee
in the Fall Art Show
Arts and crafts festival Featuring unique and original art from more
than 30 artists. On the main street of Tybee, in Memorial Park from
10:00 to 5:00. Rain or shine.
December 13 - The
Tybee Christmas Parade
Butler Avenue Fun, family Christmas themed parade featuring Santa Claus
and other unique participants. Ends at Memorial Park and immediately
followed with a Children’s Christmas Party. Tybrisa Street North to
Memorial Park, 3:00pm
December 31 - New
Year’s Eve Fireworks
Bring in the New Year with a bang! Enjoy the show launched from the
Tybee Pier a the stroke of midnight at one of Tybee's many restaurants
and bars, or watch it from the beach. It promises to be spectacular! |
